Providers can schedule and post approved courses to sessions once the session dates are entered into the system. (See Provider Calendar Management)
To view the course schedule, follow the same steps to create a new schedule.

Click the vertical ellipsis in the upper corner of the Courses tile.
Select Course Schedule
Select the Create New Course Schedule button.
Using the pulldown menu, select the Academic Year.
Using the pulldown menu, select the Semester.
Click the Next button.
Here, you will see a list of all approved courses. A check mark indicates if the course is scheduled to run that session.
Providers also can see when a specific course is scheduled by viewing the Provider Course List.
Search for the course.
View Schedule Session to the right of each course title.
OR
Select the View Course Details to view the scheduled sessions table for an individual course.
