After each session, Providers will enter the final grade submitted by the course instructor to the EMS. Viewing and entering final grades is restricted to Admins and Registrars. Other users with permission to view enrollments but not final grades will see a status of "graded" but cannot view the awarded grade.

Members will receive an email notification whenever Final Grades are submitted or updated.

Providers will enter the Final Grades from the Enrollment List.

View Final Grades

  1. Select the vertical ellipsis in the upper right corner of the Enrollments Widget on the Provider Dashboard.
  2. Select Enrollment List
  3. Select the Grading button at the top of the filter menu

Enter Final Grades

Providers have the option to enter a final grade for individual students or multiple students at once.

Enter individual Final Grades

  1. Search for the student
  2. Use the pulldown menu to the right of the student's name to select the appropriate letter grade
  3. Select Submit Grading at the bottom of the screen

*Provider must select the Submit Grading button at the bottom of the screen to save changes. Failure to select will result in changes returning to their original status.

Enter multiple Final Grades

Providers can enter final grades for multiple students receiving the same grade. It does not matter if the students are enrolled in the same course or session.

  1. Select the box next to multiple students' name
