The process below is preliminary based on several outside factors. Many questions still depend on the Acadeum discussions.

• Regis University will use the Arrupe Jesuit High School process and OCICU as models to determine processes.
• Students will enroll for Regis courses via an enrollment management site (EMS). The high school will initiate enrollment.
• High School students must pay the required tuition fee before enrollment
  • Billing process TBD
• Regis will download and enter the student information into Colleague using Quick Apply.
  • Program - same program code used for Arrupe students – Deb Vinnola will confirm
    • The code will allow for the $75 per credit hour fee.
  • Sub-Dept Code – create a new code unique to Dual Enrollment for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Student enrolled in X sections (coding will prevent the system from generating tuition invoices)
• At the end of the term, the final grade will be uploaded into EMS to share with the student's high school
