Member can view enrollments, submit new requests, or update an enrollment status from several places in the system.

View Enrollments

View Enrollment List

Members can view an entire list of all enrollments for a specified date range. The Enrollment List will provide the Student's profile information (first and last name Member ID, Phone and Email Address), course information (Provider, Provider Course Code, and Title), Session Start and End Dates, and the current enrollment status.

  1. Select the vertical ellipsis in the top right of the Enrollments Widget from the Member Dashboard.

  2. Select Enrollment List

View Enrollment Details

Members can view more information for each enrollment, including the Drop Deadline, Withdraw Deadline, and Fee Earned Date.

  1. Select the ellipsis menu to the right of each enrollment.

  2. Select View Enrollment Details

Members can also update an enrollment status from this screen by using the Change a Status pulldown menu.

If a student has not previously registered for an exchange course, Members need to add them to the system. (See Add New Student)

Once entered into the system, a pop-up window asks if you would like to enroll the student in a course.
